1st day here, after our meme exchange yesterday thought I'd check it out. Glad I did.
Gone to churches... but knew something was missing in most... it was his spirit. They were blan, full of clicks, condemnation and judgement. I quit going and ask God to instill in me what he wanted, when he want. Ive learned more and grown more in many areas. Peace, knowing who I am in Christ Jesus, forgiveness and understanding. Still growing but I feel like I now have found others who see things deeper.
This is such a thoughtful and mind bending article. It opens up dialog and necessary thought and discussion. I'm a firm believer in God, and I believe that Jesus founded His Church with Peter as it states in the Bible. "On this rock I will build my Church." Who was Peter, but a flawed man who chose to follow Christ? I'm too ignorant to debate the history of the Catholic Church at this point. Peter is considered the first pope. I do know that the Acts of the Apostles and letters that followed created a Church of believers that, against all odds, spread throughout the world. "And the darkness shall not overcome it." It is my hope and prayer that amidst this darkness, many more awaken to the truth that is God, and the love He has and always will have for us.

Rosh Hashanah starts this weekend. The german chancellor said that September 24th will be a day that the entire world would remember, where they were, what they were doing. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 comes to mind. The 80 year generation of man ends in 2028. 1948+80= Then you have to remove the shortened 7 years for Daniels 70th week, known as the Tribulation. We are there. And Rosh Hashanah is the only festival of the Messiah that no man knows the day nor hour, not event the angels in heaven, but only thy Father. Praying to be counted worthy to escape all these things that are coming upon the earth. The mystery of iniquity is already at work and we are told in Thessalonians that these will be the conditions on earth just prior to the Lords return. He told us the parable of the fig tree, (Israel 1948) and THAT generation at that time, will be the same one that is here at the end of all things. Take a look around at the transgender evil they are forcing on our kids without parents consent. God is not going to tarry much longer. The end of the Church age is a few days away.

I left the education field, and opened my own Early Learning Center be/c of how sickening it was to my heart! The government started coming after my SMALL BUSINESS be/c I REFUSED their money! I STOOD ON THE WORD!

Yes, I drank the kool-aide. But the questions were "like the splinter in the brain."
God never abandoned me. When I literally could not stand, he picked me up. Took me just barely into a doorway where this world disappeared and there was only an immense feeling of love. I was meant to share this with someone who was dying and feared death.
This is not easy, but God is refining us. He will not let us be plucked from his hand.
